SafeMinds is a tailored workplace intervention that is designed to promote positive mental health and well being in the workplace.

It is very important to ensure individuals, teams, and managers are equipped with the skills required to maintain a happy and healthy work environment. The SafeMinds program is comprised of mental health promotion and intervention strategies that encourage employees to proactively participate in activities that create mentally healthy living, build resilience, and contribute to a psychologically safe workplace.


The SafeMinds Program:

SafeMinds is comprised of a foundation mental health awareness session for all employees, and various additional modules that are customisable to your organisations specific needs. The modules are designed to be delivered in a range of different modes including; one-on-one, small group, large group, or on-the-job.

All SafeMinds training is delivered by experienced, registered psychologists.

The training will be tailored to ensure that the content is relevant to your employees and/or each cohort.  Psychological literature and evidence based strategies have been reviewed and incorporated into the SafeMinds program. The focus of training is to educate as well as provide simple and proactive strategies that employees can implement to promote positive mental health among themselves and others.


Safe Minds training can be delivered in various formats to accommodate the needs of your organisation. Options include;

Considering the sensitive nature of the training program, Recovery Partners offer the following support options for training reinforcement, feedback or support for employees;

Monitor and measure:

It is imperative to establish measurable goals and targets for the SafeMinds project. Recovery Partners recommend review of injury management systems, employee assistance program data, workers compensation data, and any other data required to monitor trends in employee mental health and well being.
